At This Point:
The legal, peaceful avenues for change are effectively closed.

What Options Remain After the Red Line Is Crossed?
1. International Pressure and Solidarity

5. Armed or Violent Resistance (last resort—historically catastrophic)
Armed rebellion is always costly and tragic—mass suffering, instability, and loss of life—but has been the only way to end some regimes (e.g., Nazi Germany).
Most successful when combined with international support and popular legitimacy.
